Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. We arrange a free, no-obligation site visit, then send a clear, itemised quote so you can see exactly what's included before you commit.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Oxford (OX4 2QB) and work throughout Oxfordshire — roughly within 30 miles, including Headington, Summertown, Cowley, Botley, Witney, Abingdon, Kidlington and Woodstock. If you're not sure we cover your area, just ask.
Are you insured and accredited?
Yes — we're FMB members, Gas Safe registered and fully insured, and every completed project comes with a ten-year workmanship guarantee.
Do I need planning permission?
Many extensions and loft conversions fall under permitted development, but conservation areas and listed buildings in Oxford often need full planning. We'll advise you honestly and manage the planning and building-control process for you.
Will I have one point of contact?
Always. One project manager runs your job from first drawing to final clean, with our own trades and weekly updates — so you're never chasing subcontractors.
How long will my project take?
It depends on scope — a bathroom might be a few weeks, a double-storey extension a few months. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your itemised quote and keep you updated as we go.
